Go to Start menu > Run (or Windows key + R) and type Outlook.exe /cleanviews then click OK. The /cleanviews switch will wipe out all custom views and return all default views to "factory default". The Advanced View Settings window opens, and you can customize your view the way you want. Select the type of base view you want to start with and click the OK button. If you aren't using custom views, you can use the /cleanviews switch without worry. If you want to create a brand new view, click the New button in the Manage All View window.
